By creating an account and using Reptra, you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain language - no legalese.
What Reptra Is
Reptra is a fitness tracking and workout programming web application. It generates personalized workout programs, tracks your training, and provides AI-generated coaching notes based on your performance data.
Beta Status
Reptra is currently in beta. This means the app is actively being developed, features may change, and bugs may exist. We appreciate your patience and feedback during this period. Beta access is free.
Your Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
- You may only create one account per person
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Health & Safety Disclaimer
Reptra provides fitness programming for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Before starting any new exercise program, consult with a qualified healthcare provider, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.
By using Reptra, you acknowledge that exercise carries inherent risks and that you participate at your own risk. Reptra and its developer are not responsible for any injury, illness, or health issue that results from following workout recommendations generated by the app.
AI-Generated Content
Reptra uses artificial intelligence to generate workout programs and coaching notes. These are generated based on your input data and should be treated as general guidance, not medical or professional fitness advice. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inappropriate suggestions - use your own judgment.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Reptra for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or hack the application
- Create accounts for bots or automated systems
- Misuse the feedback system to submit spam or abusive content
Your Data
You own your data. We store it to provide the service and improve your experience. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Reptra available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience outages. We'll do our best to notify users of planned downtime.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time by emailing chip@reptra.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account, we'll give you reasonable notice unless the violation is severe.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as Reptra grows. We'll notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of Liability
Reptra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reptra and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
