Yes - Reptra is completely free during beta. Create an account, generate your program, and start training with no payment required. We may introduce optional paid features in the future, but core workout tracking will always be free.
During onboarding you tell Reptra your goal, experience level, how many days per week you train, your session length, and what equipment you have access to. Reptra uses that information to build a personalized weekly schedule with the right splits, exercises, sets, and rep targets for you specifically - not a generic template.
Yes. The Custom Workout Builder lets you create your own workouts from scratch using any exercise in the library. You can schedule them on any day of your weekly plan, and Reptra will still track your sets, reps, weight, and PRs just like a generated workout.
Whatever you have. During setup you tell Reptra which equipment you have access to - barbells, dumbbells, cables, machines, or just bodyweight. Reptra only programs exercises that match your available equipment, so it works for home gyms, commercial gyms, and everything in between.
Every time you log a set, Reptra tracks your weight and reps. When you consistently hit the top of your rep range, Reptra automatically increases the target weight next session. If you're struggling to hit your targets, it backs off. This is double progression - you progress reps first, then weight - which is the most proven method for consistent long-term strength gains.
Yes. Go to Weekly Plan and tap Edit to swap workout days, change rest days, or swap individual exercises. You can also preview any upcoming workout and swap specific exercises before you start. If your goals or availability change, update your profile and regenerate your schedule anytime.
The Reptra Score is a number from 0 to 1000 that reflects how well you're training. It's calculated from five components: consistency (are you showing up?), streak (how many days in a row?), progression (are you setting PRs?), volume trend (is your weekly volume growing?), and recency (how recently did you train?). Train consistently and get stronger and your score climbs.
Go to your Profile and update your training settings - goal, days per week, workout style, or equipment. Then go to Weekly Plan and tap Edit Week to regenerate your schedule. Your workout history and PRs are preserved, only your upcoming schedule gets rebuilt.
